Can you register a UK or US company for me from Nigeria?+

What documents do I need for SCUML registration?+

What is the difference between a Business Name and a Limited Company?+
A Business Name is a sole proprietorship or partnership without separate legal identity. A Limited Company (Ltd) is a separate legal entity with shareholders, directors and limited liability protection.
Can I upgrade my Business Name to a Limited Company?+

How long does trademark registration take?+
You receive an acknowledgement within 2 weeks, an acceptance letter in 6 – 12 months, and the final trademark certificate in 18 – 24 months.
What is SCUML and do I need it?+
SCUML (Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering) is required for Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) such as consultants, dealers in jewellery, real estate, NGOs, hotels and more.
Do you file annual returns for existing companies?+
Yes. We file annual returns for companies of all ages and bring delinquent companies back into good standing with CAC.
Can I register an NGO or Incorporated Trustee?+
Yes. We register NGOs, foundations, churches and other Incorporated Trustees under Part C of CAMA.
